The toolbox now offers enhanced filter visualization tools(FVTTool) for digital and analog filters. Capabilities include command line access, a new filter analysis, phase delay, overlaying analyses, and design masks . The toolbox are able to launch FVTool from SPTool, load and view complex filters in both FVTool and Filter Design and Analysis Tool (FDATool). In addition, there are now M-code generation for filters designed in the FDATool, new discrete-time filter object (dfilt), overlap-Add FIR, and additional properties for initial conditions.
